What are my settings while taking Wildlife?
I used to take in Manual Mode keeping Auto ISO and checking regularly the setting through Viewfinder and make sure that ISO to keep as much low as possible. With this scenario, I will be having full control of my camera. There are people who love to take with Aperture priority but the reason I am using Manual with Auto ISO is -  For ex. if one bird is going to fly, we can simply increase the shutter speed and ISO will be automatically adjusted accordingly and this is really helpful for me with my experience. But when on other modes we might miss that opportunity.
What are my settings while taking Landscape?
For Landscape, I prefer to use Aperture priority as I need full control on Aperture and let the camera decide the shutter speed and I will make sure that I put ISO as low as 100. Make sure that you are using Tripod in this case. if you are shooting Waterfalls or Water flowing then it is better to use Manual mode and keep the shutter speed not more than 2 Sec and this will help you to get some beautiful water designs
